Sorry, no cakes to show you today... BUT, we do have some tasty treats to share with you.

First we have our flaky Napoleons. What is a napoleon? Well, it starts off life as a sheet of puff pastry. After it is baked, a custard mousse type of filling is put in the middle. That is then topped with another sheet of puff pastry. And that sheet is then iced with vanilla glaze and chocolate glaze. It is divine! Try some today!!!

We have also started making cream puffs. These light and airy shells are filled with a thick and rich crème. Enjoy!

Hello everyone! It's a beautiful day on Kauai. I hope you all enjoyed your three-day weekend. I have five cakes to show you today.

First off, a wedding cake. This wedding cake was made using plum filigree and ribbon. It is accented with pearl beads and pink roses.

Second, we have a very special wedding cake. The bride loved our chantilly cake, so she wanted a chantilly wedding cake. This wedding cake has four layers of our chocolate chiffon cake and is iced with our wonderful, buttery, rich chantilly frosting. It is decorated with fresh orchids, bird of paradise, baby’s breath and fern.

Next, we have a chocolate dream cake. This cake was inspired by the cartoon Sponge Bob Square Pants.

Fourth, we have another chocolate dream cake. All boys love dinosaurs, and this cake has two of them!

Last, we have a lilikoi chiffon cake. This one is decorated with a basketball theme.

Hello everyone! I've got four cakes to show you today.

1. First up, we have an eight-inch square chocolate dobash cake. Chocolate dobash is one of those things that seem to only be found in Hawaii. It's a chocolate chiffon cake with a thick, chocolate pudding-like frosting. As you can see, this one is decorated with McQueen from Pixar's Cars.

2. Second we have an eight-inch dream cake. This cake has been airbrushed with pink food coloring. Sanrio's Hello Kitty is sitting pretty on top of this cake. Did you know that she has recently been named an ambasador of Japan?

3. Third, we have another eight-inch dobash cake. This one has been decorated with some Pokemon. Pikachu, Squirtle, and Charmander are on this cake.

4. Last we have a quarter sheet (nine inches by thirteen inches) lilikoi cake. Lilikoi is also known as passion fruit. This cake is encircled with a beautiful plumeria lei.

Oh, and don't forget to visit our Logo Shop over at cafepress.com. You can find our "got cinnamon buns?" and our "got malasadas?' T-shirts! Well, see you soon!!!
